Privacy Policy

RUAYUHHUH CO., LTD.

RUAYUHHUH CO., LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the importance of protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data through this website, and your rights as a data subject under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (“PDPA”).

Scope of this version. This website currently operates as an informational website only. We do not offer online accounts, online bookings, online payments, or any form for you to submit personal data. The only personal data processing that takes place is through Google Analytics (website usage statistics), an embedded Google Map showing our location, and a cookie consent tool (CookieWow) that records your cookie preferences. If we later add features such as online payment, bookings, or registration, we will update this Privacy Policy before those features go live.

1. Personal Data We Collect

Because this website is informational only, we do not ask you to enter any personal data. We do not collect your name, address, identification documents, payment card details, or bank account information through this website.

We automatically collect a limited amount of technical and usage data through Google Analytics when you visit the website. Under the PDPA, some of this information (such as your IP address and online identifiers stored in cookies) can be considered personal data. This includes:

  • Approximate location derived from your IP address (for example, country or city). Google Analytics 4 uses the IP address to determine approximate location and does not log or store the full IP address.
  • Online identifiers contained in cookies, such as the Google Analytics identifiers _ga and _ga_<container-id>.
  • Device and browser information, such as device type, operating system, browser type, and screen size.
  • Usage data, such as the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, time spent on pages, the website or source that referred you, and your general interactions with the site.

2. If You Contact Us by Phone

This website displays a telephone number so that you can call us if you wish. If you choose to call us, we will receive your telephone number and any information you choose to share with us during the call. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. Calling us is entirely voluntary.

3. Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it. We do not operate accounts or registration. If you are under 20 years of age, please review this Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

We process the technical and usage data described above for the following purposes:

  • To measure and understand how visitors use our website, so we can maintain and improve it.
  • To keep the website secure and functioning correctly.

Our legal basis for placing analytics cookies and processing the resulting data is your consent, which you provide through the cookie consent banner on our website. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 5, Cookies).

5. Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Consent cookie (CookieWow): our cookie consent banner is provided by CookieWow and stores your cookie choices so we can honour them and the banner does not reappear on every visit. This is a strictly necessary cookie and is set without requiring consent.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): to collect the usage statistics described in Section 1. These are set only after you give consent.
  • Google Maps: the embedded map showing our location is provided by Google and may set cookies or similar technologies operated by Google.

When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies (including analytics cookies). We do not place analytics cookies until you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings on our website, and you can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Refusing cookies will not prevent you from viewing the website.

6. Service Providers and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for the marketing purposes of third parties. We use the following third-party services on this website, and they process data according to their own privacy policies:

We may also disclose personal data where required to do so by law, or in response to a valid request by a competent government authority or court.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Data

Google Analytics and Google Maps are operated by Google, and the data they collect may be processed on servers located outside Thailand. Where personal data is transferred to a country that may not have data protection standards regarded as adequate under the PDPA, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted under Sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA, such as the standard contractual clauses and data protection terms provided by Google.

8. Data Retention

We retain Google Analytics usage data for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics account, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymized by Google. We retain information from voluntary phone enquiries only for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, or as required by law.

9. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Subject to the PDPA and its exceptions, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data: the right to withdraw consent; the right to access your personal data and request a copy; the right to data portability; the right to object to processing; the right to request erasure, destruction, or anonymization; the right to request suspension of processing; the right to rectify inaccurate data; and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 13. We will respond within the period required by law, generally within 30 days of receiving your request. If we are unable to fulfil your request, we will explain the reason.

10. Data Security

We apply appropriate organizational and technical security measures, in line with the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, to protect personal data against loss and unauthorized or unlawful access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

11. Data Breach Notification

If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also notify you without undue delay.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In particular, we will update it before launching any new feature that collects additional personal data, such as online payments, bookings, or account registration. The latest version will always be published on our website.

This Privacy Policy was last updated and is effective on 14 June 2026.
